Starbucks Pick Up

New type of store. No seating, just drive thru and pick up. Of course as usual drive thru orders are priority 🙁. Waited in pickup room with no seating way too long for how busy it was. I really wish SB prioritized people who put the effort to walk in the store. Should be 1. Counter orders, 2 online orders, 3 drive thru. IMHO of course 😌

After a long day of being processed at MEPs, i really needed a pick me up. I came here to get my mocha cookie crumble with lavender cold foam and it tasted absolutely amazing. The baristas were also so kind to me and made sure I was all taken care of! Shout out to the morning crew and to Sienna, I will most definitely be coming back for a carmen ribbon crunch. That’s next on the to do list.

Love swinging by here on my way to work. By time I get to Starbies to get caffeinated, I’m a zombie and all the employees at this location have perfected the art of making me feel welcomed and caring about me and my day while not bombarding me before that delicious caffeine hits me and gives me the will to take on my day. 10/10 would recommend not only going to this location, but meeting all the people working there.

I never give reviews but I wouldn’t ever come here again. They only care about their times and not the customers, I was rushed with my order and my matcha latte was chunky and tasted pretty bland. Plenty of other Starbucks in the area that you could go to instead, I wouldn’t waste my money on this one. Also, ever heard of inclusivity? For a location in a huge POC area, none of them know or try to understand another language to help their customers. Do better Starbucks! You’re in Texas!

Easily the worst service experience I've had at a Starbucks in years! Ordered a beverage on the app and arrived a few minutes prior to pick up time, and walked in to purchase a gift card. Woman behind the counter sold me the card and then asked if there was anything else I needed. I responded that I had ordered a cold brew on the app and she walked over to that area and said, yep I see your cup here and she walked away never to be seen again. I guess something in the back room was a higher priority than making my cold brew. It was disappointing as I had just spent $100 on a gift card, so I figured I deserved slightly better service than I was receiving. The other barista behind the counter continued to ignore me for well over 10 minutes. What's really pathetic is this location has a digital screen that shows drinks that are Received, In Progress and Ready. While I was standing there, I saw my name pop into the Ready column but they had not even started my drink preparation at that point. So, it seems obvious the employees are falsifying their completion times so they don't get dinged on their performance metrics. I provided feedback to Starbucks and received a call from o
